To celebrate the region’s strong and resilient visitor economy, Destination Coventry are proud to be supporting the #WestMidlands Tourism Awards 2022.
During the most turbulent time in the recent history of Coventry and Warwickshire’s visitor economy, it’s more important than ever to shine a spotlight on the region’s hard-working tourism champions. The Awards will celebrate the strength and resilience of our tourism businesses and we want to collectively raise a glass to the sector’s innovation, ingenuity and spirit.
Here at Destination Coventry, we are hugely proud of our tourism businesses and the part they play in making the region such an incredible place to visit, so we really encouraged our amazing venues to take part in these awards. This was a great opportunity for Coventry and Warwickshire to earn richly deserved recognition and help to put our destination on the map as a centre for top tourism businesses in the West Midlands. Businesses will be recognised across 14 award categories. Gold and Silver winners from each category will have a national platform as they will be automatically shortlisted for VisitEngland’s National Awards for Excellence.
